Tall Hat Tales

Tall Hat Tales is a Danish brand that invites calm and presence in the old-fashioned way.

It's a creative universe that's all about pausing time while creating beautiful paper cutouts and colorful adventures. You can do it yourself or enjoy the cutouts as a family.

Tall Hat Tales was developed by Elle and Anne, who are trained educators and school teachers.

"We are very concerned with how we relax and enjoy ourselves....alone or together."

As an extra addition to working with your hands, we have recorded several of Hans Christian Andersen's original fairy tales, so you can, for example, cut out the three dogs and the soldier while listening to The Lighter. 

Elle draws all our cute characters, while Anne writes the texts for the web shop and narrates the fairy tales in Danish.

To narrate in English, we get help from a beautiful Danish/Canadian actress, Laura Wrang.

All our products are printed at a small printing house in Holte (north of Copenhagen), where 2 wonderful gentlemen make a great effort to get the best expression. Development and production are therefore 100% Danish.
