These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Terms of Sale
All prices shown on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Euro and Danish Kroner and include VAT (where applicable) but do not include postage, the cost of which is outlined under Delivery Information in these terms and conditions.
We will always try and ensure that prices quoted are accurate however if we have made a mistake on the price of a product then we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
Placing an Order
By placing an order through our secure online checkout you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to place an order you must be the valid holder of a credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
When you place an order we will send you a email acknowledgement listing the items you wish to purchase, the total cost and the delivery information you have supplied. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we have received cleared funds and have despatched the goods.
Delivery Information for UK Customers
Recorded Delivery £4.50 (up to 2 kilos)
Recorded Delivery parcels are normally delivered within three to five working days of being sent.
Delivery Information for international and EU customers
European First Class Delivery £13.99 (up to 4 kilos)
Delivery times can vary but most parcels sent to Europe arrive within five working days of dispatch.
International (including Australia, Canada & The United States) (up to 4kg) £19.99
Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge extra postage depending on the weight of the parcel.
Parcels require a signature upon receipt.
We are not liable for import taxes or custom duties levied at the point of entry by some countries.
General Delivery Information
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to.
On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please do contact us quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier. However we can not be held accountable if an order has been signed for. It is then the customer's own responsibility to pursued the matter further with Royal Mail/Delivery company .
Cancellations & Returns
If you would like to cancel you order before it is sent out please contact us
If your order has already been dispatched then we are unable to cancel your delivery, however you can still return your items for a full refund.
Returns for Refunds or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied all items may be returned for full refund or exchange.
This does not include Sales or Outlet Item which can be exchanged but not refunded.
We are happy to issue a voucher should you not want to exchange at point of return.
Customers must request via our contact us page to return items within 14 days of receipt and should be returned to the address below using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred carrier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Returns received outside of the above timeframe are accepted at our discretion.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, you should Contact us on the same day if you wish to return the item.
If you would like to exchange any items please contact us so we can reserve items for you. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size subject to availability. We cannot process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and checked.
We strongly advise you to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
To return items please contact us
Once we have received your returned items we will arrange for a refund or replacement accordingly.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost and return of your items.
We recommend when sending items back to get a certificate of postage.
If you should have an item that is faulty please follow the above instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance to your legal rights.
